Adzon is hiring and has a few available positions, we are in a unique situation where we can build a role around the right candidate!

Do you have experience in Sales, Administration, Pick/Packing or Warehouse Operations within the industry?  Do you live in the Gold Coast or are you looking to move to the Gold Coast?  A Full-time position and opportunity to grow with our business awaits the successful candidate.

We are after passionate employees to join our family business and make the role your own.  Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm in our Warehouse/Retail Office at Molendinar.

Duties across all roles available include

  • Supervising Warehouse Operations;
  • Demonstrating a Highly Developed Level of interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Supervising and providing direction and guidance to other employees including the provision of on-the-job training and induction;
  • Liaising with Management, Suppliers & Customers with respect to ordering and delivery of goods;
  • Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations;
  • Supervising and assisting with daily order processing, including packing and dispatching;
  • Ensuring Accuracy and Quality Control of orders being sent out;
  • Reconciliation and batching of Eftpos, Eway, Zippay, Afterpay and PayPal; and
  • Greeting Onsite “Walk-in” Customers and answering incoming phone calls from customers and suppliers.
  • Pro-active and Reactive Sales Calls, Sales visits locally and potentially interstate;
  • Attending Trade Shows and following up leads;
  • Utilising our Walkie Stacker / Forklift to unload stock and deliveries.


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, telephone manner, customer service and presentation;
  • Excellent time management skills to manage set tasks and achieve multiple dispatch deadlines;
  • Willingness to learn and provide exceptional standards of customer service and satisfaction;
  • Ability to learn and gain a moderate level of proficiency with computer software programs such as MYOB;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and as also a supportive and enthusiastic member of a small team;
  • Physically fit as manual handling of stock boxes including lifting is required; and
  • A positive attitude and approach to customers, staff and management;
  • Previous experience within the Signage & Printing Industry.
