 The Factory specialises in National Award-Winning Signage, Customised Displays and Amazing Christmas Decorations, also with our sister company Digital Artworks now growing nationally who focus on the commercial fit outs with bespoke signage and environmental graphics. We are now setting up for our 2021 growth here in Perth and Australia.

About the Role

We have an exciting and new opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales person, who possesses strong customer service ethics, high level of communication and sales skills; and who is looking for a career with a company that supports and cares about its employees.

You will be servicing an existing client portfolio initially, then once settled in developing other new sales opportunities and supporting the Sales Manager with estimator team.

Based from our Balcatta office, we are looking for a natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys business to business sales. Has a great positive attitude and loves being part of a team. This person would be openly accountable with KPI performance levels needed to be achieved. You would have to be keen on learning and training with a great link to a certificate option offered. 

• Making contact with existing customers
• Visiting customers face to face
• Prospecting for new business
• Business development
• Cold calling
• Working towards a sales budget and targets
• Delivering the highest standard of customer service
• Wanting to grow and capture future opportunities

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual that knows how to prospect for business in a competitive unique market and can ideally relate to the following: 

• You love dealing with people
• You pride yourself on your customer service skills
• You are open minded and willing to learn
• You are resilient and able to handle pressure
• You have proven years of previous sales experience
• You have some experience in estimating
• You will have an advantage if you’re familiar with the industry
• You are open to further training and developing
• You are healthy, positive and have a great attitude
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable car (optional)
