CMYKhub is continuing to invest in its Brisbane operation with the purchase of a new swissQprint Impala 5 from Pozitive Sign & Graphic Supplies, strengthening its ability to support print businesses across South East Queensland. 

The new wide-format printer gives CMYKhub’s local trade partners greater production capacity, faster turnaround times and even higher-quality output, with the work produced locally at its Brisbane Hub.

The investment highlights CMYKhub’s ongoing commitment to supporting the region’s print businesses by providing access to advanced production technology and additional capacity without requiring individual trade customers to make significant capital investments themselves.

The swissQprint Impala 5 is a high-performance UV flatbed printer with a 2.5 × 2 metre print area, productivity of up to 227m² per hour and up to 10 configurable colour channels. The system is designed to handle a wide range of applications across signage, display, POS, packaging and other wide-format markets. 

For CMYKhub’s customers, the investment means more capacity, greater flexibility and faster access to locally produced work.

For Pozitive, the sale further demonstrates its growing role in supplying and supporting advanced swissQprint technology to Australian print businesses. Pozitive provides swissQprint systems along with installation, training and ongoing support.
