Durst Group and Co. secure 13 Pinnacle Awards between them
Thirteen for 2024, eleven for 2025 and back up to 13 Pinnacle Awards for 2026…Durst North America and Vanguard Digital Printing Systems were again collectively recognised as the most awarded organisation for a fourth consecutive year, securing PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Awards across nearly half of all 2026 output categories.

Tim Saur, President and Managing Director of Durst North America Group, says: “To receive this level of recognition for the fourth consecutive year is an incredible honour and nit is an achievement that reinforces what has defined our company for 90 years: an unwavering commitment to developmental expertise, precision and performance. These awards are more than a reflection of where we are today; they are a testament to the ingenuity of our teams and a preview of the innovations that will shape the future of our industry.”
Durst Group acquired a majority stake in Vanguard Digital Printing Systems back in 2020 ‘to strengthen Durst’s position in the US Graphics Industry by adding new printer classes to its large format portfolio’. With the acquisition, Durst added new printer classes to its portfolio, particularly for signage, decoration, corporate, industrial and packaging, while Vanguard gained a global distribution and service network. Today, Vanguard Durst Digital Printing Systems, operates under the Durst Group’s umbrella, and in this year’s Pinnacle Awards it received 8 awards and Durst Group another 5.
Jim Peterson, COO and Founding Partner, Vanguard Digital Printing Systems, adds: “Our printers are the product of creativity, dedication and intense passion from our entire team, and we have always been committed to advancing the industry, but most importantly, to helping our customers succeed and grow.”
