
Epson launches new P-Series printers for high-quality poster, graphic, signage, proofing and fine art printing
Epson launched two new SureColor P-Series large-format printers at its recent New Beginnings for a Brighter Future event held at the company’s new head office in North Sydney.

The new 24-inch P7360 and 44-inch P9360 not only succeed the top selling SureColor P6070 and P8070 models but feature significant upgrades offering faster speeds and coming with a 2.64-inch PrecisionCore™ printhead, which is renowned for outstanding image quality.

They also include an expanded 10-colour ink set – available in 350ml and 700ml cartridges - for an enhanced colour gamut and increased black density with Black Enhance Overcoat technology with dedicated Photo and Matte Black nozzles ensuring more efficient production.
The new P-Series models also feature a 4.3-inch optical touch colour LCD for intuitive navigation and a dustproof structure to prevent dust intrusion through the roll cover gap.
There are also usability enhancements that streamline workflows and media handling for the P7360 and P9360. These include the Epson Media Installer, Epson Cloud Solution PORT, a spindle-less roll adaptor and front operation for easy maintenance and media roll loading. Epson Edge Print PRO RIP software is also available along with a range of third-party RIP software, making it a comprehensive solution for professional printing workflows.
An optional SpectroProofer is available for both models and a take-up reel for the SC-P9360 is available for roll-to-roll printing.

The new 24-inch and 44-inch printers deliver a range of features designed to enhance business productivity, including:
- Advanced performance – Delivers crisp, detailed, colourful prints using a reliable 2.64-inch PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead, producing excellent prints at high-speeds.
- Superior image quality with all-new UltraChrome PRO10 – A 10-colour ink set including four levels of black and a violet ink which significantly expands the colour gamut in dark blue hues.
- Enhanced black performance and contrast – with Black Enhance Overcoat technology, which delivers richer blacks, improved contrast and better tonality while minimising gloss differential, especially in darker areas on glossy media.
- Versatile media handling – Print on a wide range of media, including glossy, bond, matte and specialty medias, and rigid posterboard up to 1.5 mm thick.
- Versatile connectivity – High-speed USB, Gigabit Ethernet options to fit virtually any production workflow.
- Epson Cloud Solution PORT – Remotely monitor production on laptops and smart devices complete with production status and utilisation rates, print costs and output volumes. Manage a single printer or an entire fleet in the palm of your hand while gaining access to enhanced service and support.
The 24-inch SureColor P7360 and 44-inch P9360 will be available in Australia from July 2025, with availability in New Zealand to follow shortly thereafter. They will be offered in configurations with up to five years of warranty coverage. RRPs will be announced closer to the release date.
