HEXIS BODYFENCE PPF – PWS World Series 2026 – Australian Round
Travel was a factor in the PWS battle held following the Daniel Gherini Apprentice Scholarship training in Melbourne.
From Mackay in Qld, Gold Coast to Griffith NSW, and local Melbourne, contestants gathered to prove they were ready to take on the World’s best. With tight competition throughout the day, it was amazing to see it come down to the final installation and a tie at the top needing a countback on total time to split the decision for 1st & 2nd places. Third-place was just behind and completed with the same application time as 2nd with just a few points the difference. Smaller numbers meant the top 3 were selected to travel to France in mid-September to compete in the final. Top 5 places were filled by: -

Truman Pavone – Pavone Auto Gold Coast
Jhonny Aponte – Firewrapz Gold Coast
Matt, Mia & Bo will travel to Frontignan in the south of France to compete in the world final with around 50 contestants from across Europe & the USA following feisty finals around the globe.
We look forward to seeing the Aussies come out on top and will be proudly supporting their endeavours in France.
