Registrations now open for reimagined Visual Impact Expo & Connect Conference 2026

Registrations are now open for Visual Impact Expo & Connect Conference 2026, with visitors invited to secure their place at the industry's premier event for innovation, technology and business intelligence.

Running from 2-4 September 2026 at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, this year's event has been completely reimagined, delivering an enhanced experience designed to provide even greater value for exhibitors and visitors alike.

For more than 30 years, Visual Impact has connected the visual communications industry with the latest products, technologies and ideas shaping the future of business. In 2026, that tradition continues with a refreshed exhibition format and the launch of the inaugural Connect Conference, creating the sector's most comprehensive event for learning, networking and business growth.

Thousands of professionals from across the print, sign, graphics and wider visual communications sector are expected to attend to discover the latest innovations in signage, digital and wide-format printing, engraving, routing, textile printing and garment decoration, promotional products and awards, vinyl application, design, screen printing, display solutions and much more.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see new technologies in action, compare products and solutions from leading suppliers, gain practical insights from industry experts, and build valuable business connections with peers from across Australia and overseas.

Adding a new dimension to the event is the inaugural Connect Conference, a three-day business program running each morning of the Expo. Designed specifically for business owners, executives and decision-makers, the conference will feature leading Australian and international experts exploring the economic outlook, business leadership, artificial intelligence, sustainability, cybersecurity, workforce development and the emerging trends shaping the future of the visual communications industry.

Together, the Expo and Conference create a unique opportunity for businesses to combine practical product discovery with strategic business learning, all within a single event.

Visual Connections CEO Karren Challoner-Miles said the refreshed format reflects the changing needs of the industry and the increasing demand for both technical innovation and strategic business insight.

"Visual Impact has always been about helping businesses stay informed, connected and competitive," she said.

"As our industry evolves, so too has the event. We've reimagined the experience to make it easier than ever for visitors to explore new technologies, engage with leading suppliers and gain the business insights they'll need to navigate the future with confidence."
