We’ll use one real-world example: the sales-to-shop workflow. You’ll see how to combine company knowledge, standard questions, and instructions to help salespeople capture the information project managers, estimators, and production teams need to move a job forward.
We’ll finish by exploring other ways this same method of turning company knowledge, standard questions, and everyday processes into reusable AI resources can be applied across your business, including project management, customer service, operations, logistics, onboarding, and more. The result is stronger handoffs, fewer communication gaps, and more consistent work across your team.
