Women in Print release details & costs for Executive Leadership Programs
Women in Print has successfully concluded its information session for the inaugural Executive Leadership Program this week, with senior leaders and business owners from across the country attending to hear directly from program facilitator Jo Wise and Chair of Women in Print, Stephanie Gaddin.
The session outlined the program’s structure, objectives, and inclusions, allowing time for questions from potential attendees and business leaders looking to invest in developing their teams.
The Executive Leadership Program will run from 11–12 August 2025, offering two full days of immersive senior leadership development for women and non-binary professionals in the print and broader visual media sector. Designed for team leaders, middle managers, and small business owners, the program focuses on strategic leadership, resilience, and leading with authenticity.
Wise comes highly recommended from within the industry, with many testimonials including from Zaidee Jackson, National BDM - Sustainable Packaging at Ball & Doggett.
“Working with Jo Wise has been one of the most transformative experiences of my leadership journey,” Jackson said this week.
“I had the privilege of being coached by Jo in a leadership capacity, and what she brought to our sessions was not just expertise, but a deep, intuitive understanding of what it means to lead with authenticity.
“Through Jo’s guidance, I’ve become a leader driven by values that are inherently my own, not those prescribed by external expectations, but those rooted in who I am at my core. She helped me see the power of representation and visibility, and how to approach complex situations through a new lens—one that balances strength with compassion, and clarity with care.
“Jo doesn’t coach from the sidelines—she leads fiercely, fearlessly, and with intention. I’m deeply grateful for her presence in my life. She’s challenged and supported me to make conscious choices that have unlocked greater personal clarity and professional success. I am who I am today as a leader, not because I changed, but because Jo helped me fully step into my own leadership—anchored, values-led, and unapologetically me,” Jackson concludes.
